Hair Revival's policies are not set in place to punish you as our guest. They are implemented for the sole purpose of protecting our small business and its staff from the financial strain of last minute cancellations + no shows. By agreeing to book an appointment with Hair Revival you agree to the following cancellation policy:
If your stylist or the business are unavailable, sick, or an emergency arises you will be contacted immediately to reschedule. In the rare occasion that this should take place you will have the opportunity to see another stylist, or your stylist will prioritize a reschedule at their earliest availability.

Cancellations after 48 hours of the start of your services booked will be charged a 50% fee of the total amount of your booked service.
Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours of the of the start of your services booked will be charged a 75% fee of the total amount of your booked service. There are no exceptions to this policy.
