Policies are always weird to talk about. These policies are so that we can protect our business from the financial strain of last minute cancelations. Thank you for your understanding.

All guests of Hair Revival Fxbg must provide a valid credit card to be securely stored via our Vagaro booking system. By booking a service with Hair Revival Fxbg, the card holder hereby agrees to the following cancellation and no-show policy and gives all permissions and authorizations to Hair Revival Fxbg to charge the card holder's card on file should any of the following scenarios take place. The card holder understands that our cancellation fee is non-refundable and non- transferable. We strictly and without exception require a 48-hour notice of cancellation for all services. In order to protect our business from the financial strain of last minute cancellations all missed, canceled and rescheduled appointments after 48hrs will be charged an automatic 50% of the canceled services total and 24hrs will be charged 75% of the scheduled services total. No shows will be banned permanently from any future bookings. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may have to forfeit part of your reserved services. In the event that this should take place your original appointment's service total will be charged. In the unfortunate event of death, dismemberment or major injury to yourself please email us at hairrevivalfxbg@gmail.com to request a refund of your fee.
