A Bit About Our Passion for Education
Hair Revival was founded by Cassandra Matus. She is a 25 year industry expert who not only grew her independent business to multiple six figures, but has now coached multiple Stylists to six+ figures as well. She now owns a wildly successful brick + mortar Salon located in Fredericksburg VA where her team has thrived since 2023.

Revival Coaching + Education was created to extend her training beyond the four walls of her salon and into the industry community as a whole. Coaching and training stylists to become successful + confident in their careers is what really lights us up.

1:1 Coaching experiences
We host a series of in-person classes throughout the year on a wide variety of subjects. Placement, efficiency, formulation, Hybrid Weft Extensions + Certifications, Marketing, Social Media, Pricing structures. You name it, We've got a class for that!
Want to be a Revival girlie for the day? We offer full/half day shadowing opportunities. Each shadow experience is tailored completely to your preferences. We curate a day of real Revival guests for you to 1:1 shadow, assist, and receive hands-on training + coaching.
Cassandra offers 1:1 coaching opportunities. 1 hour sessions that can be reserved individually or coaching packages can be purchased as a bundle. Coaching with Cassandra is not limited to the Hair Industry alone. She offers a wide variety of coaching for small business owners as well as independent entrepreneurs, life coaching + advice, finances + budgeting, spiritual practices, and more!
